Recombinant Human IL-6 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Val30-Met212.

The protein has a predicted MW of 22.75 kDa. And it migrates as 25-30 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
