生物活性（Biological Activity）	Measured by its ability to induce hemoglobin expression in K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.2-1.2 ng/mL.The specific activity of Activin A is approximately 1 IU/μg.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	<0.01 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
制剂（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.2 μm filtered concentrated solution in 30 % acetonitrile and 0.1 % TFA.
复溶（Reconstitution）	We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile 4 mM HCl to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml. Further dilutions should be made in appropriately buffered solutions.

 

储存条件

该产品应在-25~-15℃下储存一年，从收到之日起算。

复溶后在无菌条件下2～8°C保存1个月。

复溶后在-25~-15℃无菌条件下保存3个月。

建议第一次使用时将蛋白质分成较小的量，并避免反复冻融循环。
