重组小鼠白介素9
产品描述
白介素9（IL-9）是由IL-2激活的Th2淋巴细胞产生的免疫调节细胞因子。IL9可以增强T淋巴细胞、肥大细胞、红系前体细胞和巨核细胞白血病细胞系的增殖。IL-9与多种疾病有关，如癌症、自身免疫和其他病原体介导的免疫调节疾病。小鼠IL9可以对人细胞起作用，但人IL-9对小鼠细胞没有活性。
本品重组小鼠IL-9 含有126个氨基酸残基，HEK293细胞表达。以冻干粉形式提供，高活性、高纯度。

复溶方法
开盖之前，先离心。使用去离子水复溶至浓度不低于0.1 mg/mL。建议首次使用时将蛋白分装为每次实验用量，避免反复冻融。
