Product description

NTP Mix Solution consists of four individual solutions (ATP, CTP, UTP, and GTP). It is suitable for a variety of molecular biology applications, such as in vitro transcription, RNA amplification, siRNA synthesis, and more. It can also serve as a substrate or coenzyme for various enzymatic reactions.

This product is a clear, colorless solution prepared from the trisodium salts of ATP, UTP, GTP, and CTP, with a purity of ≥99%, pH of 7.0±0.1 (at 25°C), and concentration of 100 mM. It is free from DNase and RNase.

Storage
