使用方法
1.推荐使用无菌水重悬冻干粉，溶液浓度不低于100 μg/mL，并静置至少20min以充分溶解。
2.重悬后的溶液可进一步稀释分装，置于2-8℃有效期1个月，-20℃有效期3个月；避免反复冻融。
3.重悬液进一步稀释分装时，须添加一定量的载体蛋白（0.1%BSA、10%FBS 或 5%HSA），无血清实验需求时，可更换为 5%海藻糖溶液作为载体。
储存条件
冰袋运输。-20℃保存，一年有效期。
建议第一次使用时分装冻存，避免反复冻融。
